What This Consultation Is

1. Understand your schedule and demands

Healthcare shifts are not typical 9–5 routines. During this call, we’ll look at your actual work schedule, long shifts, rotating nights, on-call demands, recovery windows and assess how they currently affect your training consistency, energy levels, and nutrition habits.

2. Identify current obstacles in your fitness routine

We’ll discuss what has prevented consistency in the past, whether it’s fatigue, time constraints, burnout, lack of accountability, or overly rigid programs.

The goal is to pinpoint the real bottlenecks, so your next approach isn’t just another temporary fix.

3. Determine which coaching option fits you

Based on your schedule, goals, and level of commitment, we’ll determine whether 1:1 Coaching, Hybrid Coaching, or Program-Based Training is the right path forward.

If there’s alignment, we’ll outline the next steps and explain what working together would look like in detail.

4. Clarify your goals

We’ll define what progress truly means for you, building strength, improving endurance, increasing energy, regaining confidence, or returning to training after time away.
